An Italian feastElvea's beautiful and extensive range consists of more than 40 products based on tomatoes: Pelati (whole peeled tomatoes), Cubes (tomato cubes), Cubetti (flavoured tomato cubes), Doppio concentrato (double tomato concentrate), Passata Polpa, Pomo e legumi... All Elvea products are produced exclusively in Italian factories. Both in the North (region around Piacenza and Parma) and in Tuscany and southern Italy (Salerno region). Except for three products, Elvea only uses 100% Italian tomatoes from Italian soil. A blend of Italian and Portuguese tomatoes is used for the double concentrate 70g, 135g and 140g. All this is according to Luigi Vitelli’s formula. That’s how we can guarantee you an excellent and authentic taste every harvest. Moreover, Elvea is ISO 9001 certified (European quality management certificate), so we guarantee a product with respect for its environment.
100% NaturaleThanks to the radiant Italian sun and the rich soil, the tomatoes have an unrivalled taste. Because they are processed within 24 hours after harvesting, they retain all vitamins, minerals and taste. Thanks to pasteurization on the lines, preservatives are not necessary. All ELVEA products are completely free of preservatives, artificial additives, colourings and GMOs (genetically modified ingredients). Moreover, the complete range is gluten and lactose-free and vegan-friendly.
