For the 4th consecutive year, Elvea received a "superior taste award" for: Elvea Cubetti Basil, Elvea Cubes & Elvea Passata

Elvea Cubetti Basil, Elvea Cubes & Elvea Passata were awarded 2 gold stars by the International Taste Institute.
 
Products are fully blind tested by iTI *, unpackaged and with no form of identification.

Elvea Basil Cubetti 400 g obtained 2 stars with a score of 86% 
Elvea Cubes 400 g, 800 g and 2500 kg obtained 2 stars with a score of 81%
Last but not least: Elvea Passata 340 g & 690 g also obtained 2 stars with a score of 81% 

ITi* works closely with renowned chefs, sommeliers and beverage experts, selected in collaboration with European culinary institutions and the most renowned sommelier organisations.Classification is established based on the evaluation of various criteria such as appearance, aroma, texture, and of course the taste of the products as well.
