ELVEA crowned at the Superior Taste Award !

ELVEA’s Passata Soffritto and Passata Rustico Bouquet were honoured by the Superior Taste Awards, each with two gold stars. The ELVEA Polpa has even been awarded 3 gold stars!
The Superior Taste Award is a unique international award, sometimes known as the “Michelin of Food Guides”. More than 120 countries participate in the Superior Taste Award.
 
This award honours products meeting or exceeding the taste expectations of the members of the jury.
The products are analysed in a sensory way, undergoing, among others, blind tests related to their specific peculiarities, the intensity of the taste pleasure being particularly appreciated.
 
The iTQi jury is made up of 125 renowned chefs and beverage experts, members of the 15 most prestigious European culinary associations and the ASI (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale).
